With the busiest time of the year coming up, we want to make sure you get the stock you need to get through. Here are the important dates you’ll need to know about orders and delivery before the Christmas shutdown period.

Cut off for MTO products

To receive your MTO products prior to Christmas, you’ll need to place your order no later than close of business on Monday 13 November 2023.

Cut off for deliveries

To receive products before Christmas, you’ll need to place your order no later than close of business on the following dates.

For customers on the North Island: Tuesday 12 December 2023

For customers on the South Island: Monday 18 December 2023

For customers in Australia: Monday 18 December 2023

EPL Office Shutdown

Our office will be closed from 4.30pm on Thursday 21 December and will reopen Monday 15 January at 9am.

New Zealand Warehouse Shutdown

Our warehouses will be closed from 11am on Friday 22 December until 9am on Wednesday 27 December. They will close again from 11am on Friday 29 December until 9am on Wednesday 3 January.
